You guys have a horrible delivery service

You guys have a horrible delivery service.. while booking the order for rakhi on 3rd Aug your website did say book within the next 30 mins to get the order delivered between 6-7 Aug and after trying to reach your customer support on whatsapp, which by the way is also useless and non existent. The order reached me today on 12th. Rakhi was on 9th Aug.. so this delivery is absolutely useless for me.
